File missing metadata necessary to complete processing

If you have received this error:

"Sorry. The file is missing metadata that is necessary to complete processing."

it is likely the case that the file you are attempting to upload is now missing the metadata that was originally located on the file. 

There are a few possible reasons as to why this may have happened:

• If you're using a Mac: When the file was transferred from the microSD card on to your computer, you may have been prompted to use the "Image Capture" or "Photos" app. If you use one of these apps, the metadata is automatically taken out of the file and cannot be processed by Bubl Cloud (www.bubl.io).
• If you're using any other photo transfer app to import photos when you insert the microSD card, the metadata is automatically taken out of the file and cannot be processed by Bubl Cloud (www.bubl.io).
