My cam won't charge. Tried for days. No charge. ? Please help.
I recently got an email from support saying they have received a lot of bublcams to fix. Apparently they have developed a permanent solution, in the shape of a new charger, that should solve the charging issue. They should be sending it out to everyone who has notified them of the issue.

I have been charging my cam constantly with maximum 1 week without charge. Now it doesn't charge anymore, I don't know what to do. Can someone tell me what I need to do in order to have someone to help me fix this?

Hey Bublcam support team, you really need to help your customers with the charging issue. You don't want to continue your service with bad customer support. It will hurt you in long run. Please provide us with a solution for the no charging problem. Tnx.

Bublcam team, I have bought 2 bublcams from you and the 2 of them won't charge. I have received an automatic email where I can enter details to get a new charger. I filled it already a month ago and still nothing. Why is it so hard for your team to communicate if it will be sent or the status.
Does it mean that I bought 2 of your cams and that it is money lost?

I keep sending emails to [email protected] asking for a procedure to send back the faulty devices but they don't answer anymore.
I have bought 2 bublcam, both of them stopped working after a few weeks. I received the new charger but it is not doing anything.
Now it is the fifth email I sent asking for the procedure but no one is answering from their team.
Of course they replied to me the first time with the new charger but now that I tell them it is not working either, no one is answering.
It is a big con, bravo Bubl, you fooled a lot of people... clap clap...

Yes I paid by credit card but as you can see in the previous post, the support team is not even answering. This means that I can't even get information to get refunded or repairation or anything, they just don't answer anymore. I don't know what to do anymore, feeling desperate.
This company has the worst communication and support I have seen till today.
Really sorry as I was really excited by such company...

I am from Peru. I bought a camera and all the time Bublcam was writing me about waiting for next production. They offer me two cameras by one for waiting. They never sent them. I sent mails asking for a refund and i have no answer since april 2017. Last mail i sent was not reading (i use mailtrack). I need to know what happend!! I need my money back. I was reading all comments and all are problems. I think i will made a compliant like John.
