Currently we are working on providing a comprehensive SDK. It is a priority of ours, but I can't say for sure when it will be complete.
You can subscribe to the Bublcam SDK/API Updates mailing list so that as soon as the API and SDK are ready for use, you will be one of the first people to be notified.
