Where does the Bublcam ship?

Shipping is calculated automatically based on the address you input during checkout. We use UPS as our shipping partner. However, this rate does not include any import duties, customs, taxes, or other fees.

Jimy, those are the two address I've written also. Paid for one on September 15th, was told it would arrive around 15-18 December, the last email they responded to was January 5th 2016. The last I've seen them respond to people complaining on Facebook is December 14th. I think I'll give them a few more days to respond and then call Visa. Really disappointing.

Did you call Visa Adam? Can they reverse the payment? I called my bank (in Chile), and they say the way here it´s to go to the police to "put on record" what happened, and then hopefully activate my insurence.

I have ordered and paid a Bublcam on december 14th 2015 (Yes, that's last year) and I still haven't received ANYTHING. They are not even responding to emails...
